Overview

Faculty of Nursing is one of the leading institutions in nursing education, research, and clinical practice in the Kingdom. Established in 1977 as a department within the Faculty of Medicine and Medical Sciences, it was the first in the Kingdom to offer a Bachelor's degree in nursing. The faculty aims to prepare specialized professionals to work in patient care, leadership, and community health through comprehensive academic programs at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. The faculty offers a modern learning environment, including simulation labs and clinical training programs within the university's healthcare facilities, providing students with valuable practical experience alongside theoretical knowledge. The curriculum promotes ethical practices, empathy, and continuous learning, enabling graduates to significantly contribute to improving the nursing profession and developing healthcare systems.
