University in Sha'ban in 2003 (1424 AH) following a royal directive from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to transform the allied health programs previously offered by the Faculty of Medicine into an independent faculty. This initiative was part of a strategic vision to enhance the healthcare system and meet the community's needs for qualified healthcare professionals in various therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative fields amid rapid scientific and technological advancements in the health sector. The faculty is distinguished by its advanced facilities and focus on applied education, providing students with the opportunity to acquire practical skills and in-depth knowledge in their fields, helping them excel in their specializations.
