تأسست كلية طب الأسنان بجامعة الملك عبدالعزيز عام 1405هـ / 1985م لتكون إحدى الكليات الرائدة في مجال طب الأسنان على مستوى المملكة. تهدف الكلية إلى تحقيق التميز في التعليم والبحث والممارسة السريرية في مجال طب الأسنان و إعداد أطباء أسنان متميزين ومؤهلين علميًا وعمليًا لتقديم خدمات صحية متقدمة تواكب التطورات الحديثة في هذا المجال. تضم الكلية نخبة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والكوادر المتخصصة الذين يعملون على تقديم تعليم عالي الجودة للطلاب، من خلال برامج أكاديمية متكاملة تشمل الدراسة النظرية والتطبيق العملي في عيادات الكلية المجهزة بأحدث التقنيات والأجهزة الطبية. كما تسعى الكلية إلى تعزيز البحث العلمي في مجالات طب الأسنان المختلفة، بما يساهم في تطوير أساليب التشخيص والعلاج. تقدم كلية طب الأسنان خدمات مجتمعية متنوعة تشمل حملات توعية صحية وعيادات علاجية للمرضى، مما يعزز دورها في خدمة المجتمع المحلي. وتسعى الكلية باستمرار إلى تحقيق التميز الأكاديمي والسريري من خلال تطبيق معايير الجودة العالمية، لتخريج أطباء أسنان مؤهلين قادرين على مواجهة التحديات الصحية والمساهمة في تحسين صحة الفم والأسنان في المملكة.
