Mission

Preparing qualified national human resources to contribute to enhancing scientific and cultural cooperation between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the People's Republic of China, in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and strategic direction towards international openness to diverse cultures. This will be achieved by attracting and localizing Chinese knowledge and sciences in areas that meet the needs of the labor market and beneficiaries both within and outside the university.

Objectives

Strengthening cultural and scientific relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the People's Republic of China through joint academic programs and cultural events.
Preparing and training qualified Saudi personnel in Chinese language, science, and culture to support the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and enhance international cooperation.
Offering distinguished educational programs that align with global standards in teaching the Chinese language and related sciences.
Attracting and localizing Chinese knowledge in areas that meet the needs of the local labor market and contribute to the development of Saudi society.
Establishing and developing effective international partnerships with educational and research institutions in China to exchange knowledge and expertise.
