King Abdulaziz University Showcases Administrative Development Initiatives at the Administrative Leaders Forum

King Abdulaziz University organized the Administrative Leaders Forum on Tuesday, 28 July 2026, at the King Fahd Medical Research Center Auditorium, in the presence of Dr. Mohammed bin Ahmed Al-Amoudi, Vice President for University Life and Operations. The forum forms part of the University’s ongoing series of administrative meetings aimed at strengthening institutional integration and enhancing organizational effectiveness.

Key discussions focused on strengthening institutional communication between the Office of the Vice President for University Life and Operations and department heads across the University’s faculties and administrative sectors, as well as stakeholders responsible for operations and infrastructure. Participants also explored initiatives to develop administrative programs, enhance operational performance, and prepare and train department heads for their newly assigned responsibilities, contributing to greater institutional efficiency and supporting the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

The forum also featured a panel discussion on the future of university life and operations, examining key challenges and opportunities for development. Department heads from the University’s faculties, institutes, and administrative sectors exchanged perspectives and best practices while discussing initiatives to enhance the work environment, improve operational performance, and elevate the quality of services provided to the University community.
