“Genomics Statistical Analysis” . The project aimed to provide basic microarray statistical analysis for Joslin labs. Using Perl & R (bioconductor) the program generates an output table that contains analysis results of user choice. The project is Linux-based and it allows users to request analysis via web-based interface (built using CGI) or via command-line interface.

DALEELTEQ Geomatics and Knowledge Engineers Jeddah, Saudi Arabia 

1. “Bravo Tracking System”. This solution was developed for Bravo Telecommunication company to compute sms received from the back-box of each vehicle.
The project was based on GIS Programming using VB6 and MapObject 2.0 where vehicle routes are stored into ORACL database, Summer 2006 

2. “Mines Licensing System”. This was developed for the Ministry of Minerals and Petroleum to Report the License date and location, dimensions and contractors of mines using CRYSTAL reports, 2005 

3. “Hajj Monitoring System”. The system was developed for Far-East Pilgrims to register pilgrims in specific tents and mark each location during Hajj, GIS programming, 2005 
 

Projects: 

(Fall 2007) “Gene Expression Profiling of Aging and Caloric Restriction”. The analysis of t-test, SAM, and Bayesian was accomplished using R packages and charts. We used DAVID tools for the functional analysis of deferentially expressed genes, Microarray Analysis and Design, BU

(Fall 2007) “Web-Based K-best Alignment”. A dynamic programming algorithm that aligns two sequences locally to generate the k-best alignments. It was coded by PERL based on Waterman and Eggert paper; “A New Algorithm for Best Subsequence Alignments with Application to tRNA-rRNA Comparisons”. (Spring 2007) “Protein Disulfide Isomerase (PDI) Database”. A Web-based project that was developed using CGI and MYSQL to create a database for a family of proteins by querying protein sequences and to search for known sequence and structural motifs, to determine if the protein sequence belonged to the said protein family.
