Request to create an official e-mail by filling in the electronic form "create / change / delete an e-mail" via
Etmam System then send it to the Deanship of Information Technology.
E-mail is created automatically when a student is accepted at the university.
Uses the student’s ID and the same password to enter the university
email and to access the rest of the systems.
After rolling the employee a user name and password is created automatically according
to his/her employee ID and a certain password , which by it he/she can
access to his/her e-mail and use it immediately.
The authority to create groups and send mailing announcements in MARS system is requested via electronic forms "Request for authority for MARS system" in Etmam system of Deanship of Information Technology.
