Receiving the Graduation Certificate
Congratulations and Clarification
The Deanship of Graduate Studies congratulates you on your graduation and wishes you continued success. As part of the Alumni Unit’s efforts to facilitate obtaining your Graduation Certificate, please note the following:
Collection Date
The graduation certificates will be available for collection after 1446/12/26H, according to the SMS message sent to you once the Degree Award Transaction has been created.
Important Notes
- You must create a Degree Award Transaction through the Graduate Studies Transactions System and have it approved by the relevant authority.
- In-person collection begins after 1446/12/26H, based on the SMS notification sent to you.
First: Obtaining an Electronic Copy
You may obtain an official electronic copy (certified copy) of your certificate within 3 working days after your status changes to “Graduate” by following these steps:
- Visit King Abdulaziz University’s website.
- Select Electronic Services → Unified Login for university systems.
- Log in using your student number and password or through National Access.
- Select the icon (Graduate Studies Transactions System – Student).
- From the reports section, choose Transaction Report, then select the Degree Award Transaction. The certificate attachment will be available in the transaction sequence.
