Objectives:
In this course students will learn about Anthropology and Organizational behavior with special focus on the scientific composition of human psychology. And they will be Introduced to finance and cost accounting; this part improves the economic body of science as an important tool to measuring efficiency and effectiveness at all sectors of workplace. Moreover, Teaching the students the real market structure and operation systems accompanies with updated statistics of pharmaceutical markets and products.
In the Pharmaceutical care & Patient counseling part, the students will learn the communication skills with patients and other healthcare professional. As well as dealing and learning about any updated pharmacy related issues.
Contents:
The course has included several scientific and modern subjects that support building the interpersonal skills of the student, and prepare the nearly graduate student for several challenges that he or she will face in their practical workplace. Moreover the course examines the students self evaluation from several points and exposes the student to do several tests to identify his or her capabilities that would enable them to put a realistic career plan that match their identity.
Course Outcomes:
The students should be able to:
1. Define self from large number of attributes such as sources of personality, values, attitudes, emotions and motivation. Moreover all students will have several interpersonal skills that can be used with other individuals or groups of patients and work colleagues.
2. Measure efficiency and effectiveness at all sectors of workplace.
3. Deal with different market structure, operation systems, & market statistics.
4. Communicate with patients and other healthcare professional.
5. Understand how to learn and where to find new issues about pharmacy practice
