Abstract : The thesis aims to contribute to investigating the jurisprudential heritage and enriching the jurisprudential library. It deals with the manuscript “Fadl Al-Mawahib Fi Sharh Uyun Al-Madhahib”, which is considered one of the important manuscripts in the Hanafi jurisprudence. It contains an introduction that includes the importance of the subject, the reasons for choosing it, literature review, the research methodology, and the research plan. The research plan is divided into two parts: the study part and the investigation part. The first part includes the biography of Imam Qawam Uddin Al-Kaki and Sheikh Abdulraof Al-Antaki, the introduction to the book Uyun Al-Madhahib and the manuscript of Fadl Al-Mawahib. The investigation part deals with the beginning of laqit Section to the end of egara Section. Then I concluded with technical indexes to make the study more beneficial for future studies.
