Abstract : Many regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Aria of suffering of shortage of fresh water, including Asir region and in particular the city of Bisha and inadequate domestic uses with a shortage of water awareness among citizens with regard to the conservation of water consumption. This thesis aimed to get to know the reality of water consumption in the city of Bisha and survey the most important practices that lead to poor household water consumption, to identify the most important means of conservation domestic water consumption to reach obstacles use of the conservation of household water consumption, and knowledge of the factors helping to success and means of conservation domestic water consumption. The study was limited in the city of Bisha to include the area of Alhozame, Albareed and El-Mousa. Districts in this study the descriptive approach was used also and a questionnaire which included six factors. 621 question were distributed for each neighborhood. The study found that there is a gap between the allocated amount of fresh water for domestic use in the city of Bisha and the size of the actual population consumption. As it was found that there are behavioral practices indoors it lead to wasting amounts of water knowing that the Municipality province of Bisha provide a means of conservation the consumption of water, with some positive and negative indicators. The study recommends the need to realize the water situation, one of the factors in deepening the sense of patriotism among citizens and the importance of water awareness and take technical measures to rationalize water consumption and rationing clouds of water sources and water harvesting activate style home .This study also recommends lifting water bill prices according to the amount of consumption.
