Abstract : This thesis was to study the discussion of the objections of JameAloloom Al-baqoli on Abi Ali Al-faresi in order to know its validity and illustrating the grammarian’s opinions on them attempting to weight what can be emphasized based on evidence.The thought of JameAloloom Al-baqoli has been highlight from his objections and discuss them, and to extend how influenced he is by the previous grammarians, and to identify the reasons behind the objections to adjust them based on the appropriate scientific methodological.Components included in the thesis were: Introduction, preface, two parts and conclusion.The introduction included the research motives, method, plan, and previous studies.Then thePrefaceand itincluded a brief introduction about Abi Ali Al-faresi and JameAloloom Al-baqoli, and definition of (Aljawaher) book in terms of its method and components, and describing the meaning of objections in the language and idiomatically part one was following to view the presentation and discussion of the bjections arranged in the same order as they were in the book of (Aljawaher)Whereaspart twoincluded three sections: Thefirst: theapproach of JameAloloom Al-baqoli in objections. The second: his attitude in hearing and measurement. The third: his position in the grammar explanations.Finally the conclusion whichincluded the outcomes obtained in the research which prove that the objection of JameAloloom Al-baqoli were varied and he relied on the hearinga lot in the objections and on the measurements in some others, and cared of the grammar explanations in his matters
