Abstract : This study aims at investigating the impact of the adaptive clothing upon the psychological security of the patient’s clinical in the Saudi hospitals according to the study fields which are: Psychological adjustment, protection, confidence and social interaction "coping with others". It also aimed to find the correlation between the adaptive clothing and the patients' psychological clothing security .The Descriptive approach has been used the data were collected using the questionnaire tool on some 200 intensive care patients (male and female) in Saudi hospital, the governmental and the private(civil) ones. The study found a Consensus of patients' opinions, of both sexes, male and female of the patient’s clinical in the Saudi, governmental and private(civil) sector hospitals. As for age phases, the patients from 41 to 50 years were more vulnerable to the adaptive clothing than those between 31 and 40, and from 21 to 30 years old. In terms of educational qualification, the patient’s clinical of low educational qualifications were more affected than those of the medium and high educational ones. It shows also that the more the patient’s clinical are confined to the hospital for more than fortnights, the more are affected with the adaptive clothing, than those staying in hospitals for 2 weeks and those for one week. Upon the influence of the adaptive clothing on the psychological compatibility, confidence, protection, Social interaction with others "coping with others", the results also showed that the patient’s clinical considered the affect of the adaptive clothing, as for protection, was more than those staying in the private (civil) hospitals.
