Abstract : ): In the light of change and rapid development in all aspects of life, the need to cope with this change, change and development in our educational programs in general and university education in particular, this research aimed to shed light on methods of home economics at King Abdul-Aziz University and determine its ability to respond to labor market demands and to meet future changes. The importance of this research that gives an image of the fully responsible for the preparation of interdisciplinary courses in home economics and highlights the need for congruence between the material content requirements and specialty materials. Crystallized the problem of finding the key question: to what extent to meet the general materials in the curriculum of home economics departments of the requirements of the specialization of Domestic Economy ? Through the analytical study and treatments appropriate statistical research found that there are common requirements among sections of home economics, and other requirements for each discipline separately, and the relationship between the articles of varied requirements and materials to specialize in four sections, the existence of some deficiencies in the contents of materials requirements, and lack of commitment to the organization of the basics programs led to an imbalance in the integration and coherence of experience and continuity, and thus the low level of graduate and, in addition to the absence of indicators of the link between school subjects, both approaches or methods of teaching and educational activities, evaluation methods, which bring many of the objectives Alr.s. school building such as the development of high-level capacity development intellectual and analytical and synthetic explanatory for students.
