Abstract : Eosinophilic Cytitis (E.C.) is a rare inflammatory lesion that mimic tumor of the urinary bladder. There is no age limitation and the common presentation is hematuria with or without irritative symptoms. We herein report a case of E.C. and describe the presentation, clinical course, investigative workup to reach the diagnosis and we describe the lines of successful management used for this patient. A through review of the literature was conducted and summarized in this paper.
