Abstract : Congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation (CCAM) is a rare pulmonary malformation that mostly affects newborn infants. Some of the lesions may be delayed until school age and adolescence. It usually is seen in the form of repeated respiratory tract infection. We report a case of CCAM type 1 (Stocker classification) with a presentation of hemoptysis
