The present research is concerned with the assessment of biochemical changes of Saudi menopausal women during this period of life the major points of this research includes assessment of hoffilones (FSH, LH and PRL), disaffiliation of lipid profile (CHO, TG, LDL-CHO and HDL-CHO), estimation of glucose level, total protein, albumin, ALP and ACP activities, as well as the levels of minerals (Na+, K+, CI-, Ca2+, p-3 and Mg2) in serum blood and compared these results with the standard biochemical levels of women in premenopausal stage. Moreover, the study was concerned some independent factors (age, weight, height, BMI, pulse and blood pressure) through the two stages of women life mentioned above.
