Abstract : This research study (Formal Commenting. Art “Fann AlTawqeaat“ in Ummyyad Period; Analytical Study), this technique known as a rhetorical brevity , drafting accuracy, literary formats combinations enduringness, the power of meaning, force of effect, it vary in structure and composition in newsworthy and construction methods, and quotes from holy koran and Hadith , and uses proverbs and , poetry, and it contains musical rhythms meets the semantic purpose, it reaches the meaning to the mind to the receiver clearly and persuasively and effect. This research has tried hard to achieve its aims of highlighting the eloquence compositions in Al TAWQEAAT" technique during Umayyad, and disclosure of eloquence of ( "Al Badieh" technique), and study ways of arguments contained therein. The research talked in the preface the concept of " Al TAWQEAAT" technique and its authenticity, and its beginning and development during the era of first of Islam and Umayyad period, then browse its topics, at the first chapter the research talk about compositions eloquence, then studied news, construction, forwarding and ending styles, both types of briefing and verbosity, in the second chapter, imagining eloquence "Al TAWQEAAT" technique in Umayyad period, then the research studied simile, metaphor, writing and exposure methods, then it talks about and "Al Badieh" eloquence of "Al TAWQEAAT" technique, then the study talks about conformity, reciprocity, alliteration and assonance, then the study discussed the argument of "Al TAWQEAAT" technique in Umayyad period then reviewed the techniques of the arguments quasi – logique, and the arguments bases sur la structure du reel as well as Les arguments qui fondent la structure de reel .
