Abstract : Quran speech arguments essentially directed to influence others, it aims to swaying their minds and guide them and change their reality, the Quran discourse has employed all efforts achieve this goals, it took all various methods and reasoning and persuasion which is worthy of a book revealed by the God. The idea of this study came so as to do what mentioned above to study in (Quran eloquent argument) through the axis of Quran eloquent argument which is (speech of the Prophets - determined owners peace be upon them with their people),, this study aims to reveal the importance of rhetorical methods in the argument speech and it can add to the pronunciations of the argument from the persuasive side and argument potentials, add to its artistic and aesthetic value, the study relied on descriptive analytical method, in addition to drawing on some other approaches such as historic approach. The study contained three chapters, the title of the first chapter was (the concept of arguments and its significance) and divided into three sections: the first one traced the concept of arguments in the language and terminology, the second dealt with the concept of the arguments in Western thought, past & present, the third dealt with the arguments in the Arab rhetorical heritage through its most prominent manifestations. Chapter two titled (the nature of the Quran arguments in the speech of the prophets peace be upon them with their people), this chapter divided into two sections preceded by an interface, in the preface the researcher dealt with the arguments of the Quran in general, and by speech of prophets in particular through tracing the most important characteristics which confirms these arguments, then proceeded to study the nature of the Quran arguments of the prophets speech which mentioned in the first section.
