Abstract : The subject of the study is the jurisprudence of Zaid bin Thabit in (Purity and Prayer) in comparison with the jurisprudence of the four imams may Allah have mercy on them. The followed method is a Doctrinal study compared with the jurisprudence of the four imams may Allah have mercy on them, Where I recall the words of Zaid May Allah be pleased with him, then I recall the words of the four imams and their friends, and then I mention the cause of the dispute, if any, then introduce evidence per say, and then the discussions, and then Weighting This study is divided into an introduction, preface, two chapters, and a conclusion. The introduction included the reasons for choosing the subject, the Curriculum drawn to complete with it The preface included the translation of Zaid bin Thabit May Allah be pleased with him. The backbone of the message : included two chapters(purity and prayer) among them Twenty-seven requirement. The conclusion: it has summarized the most important findings of the research topic.
