Abstract : This research deals with the verbal sentence in the Hadiths of medicine mentioned in the Sahihain. it is a syntactic and semantic study. The importance of this research is that the purpose of the study of Arabic language is understanding Allah's and his prophet's words . This research followed the descriptive method Through describing the phenomenon syntactically via the books of the language and syntax and trying to link it with semantics through looking in the Hadith interferences in the different Islamic books such as linguistics, explanation and Hadith, etc . In his analysis of the sentence, the researcher allocated between the predication theory of Sebawaih and the transformational generative theory of Chomsky and their role in revealing the interferences of the verbal sentence. the researcher analyzed some examples according to the two previous theories as well as showing the contributions of morphemes and phonemes in explanatory semantics. The researcher also showed the role of morphemes in assigning the linguistic category of the subject in number ,gender and person . The framework of the research is based on an introduction , preface and three chapters: The introduction undertook showing the basics of the research. The preface showed the concept of the sentence according to the formers and the latters . The first chapter was assigned to deal with the simple verbal sentence .The second chapter was assigned to the coordinative verbal sentence. The third chapter dealt with the study of the conditional syntactic verbal sentence. The end came to show the results of the research and the recommendations. The important results of the research were that the simple verbal sentences that were‌ز mentioned in the medical Hadiths were repeated more than the coordinative and the syntactic sentence. Putting the subject before the predicate or putting the complementary before the subject occurs in order to respond with the requirements of care. The recommendations of the research include taking care of the study of the nomination and verbal sentence, the study of morphemes and phonemes and showing their impactin explaining of the meanings in some of Albukhari and Muslim's Sahih books.
