Abstract	:	The differences in the unfixed punishment crime law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Alta'azeer). a comparative study in the light of Fiqh and System. Prepared by: Abdulatef bin Abdullah bin Muhammad Alghamdi Supervisor: His Excellency Sheikh Abdullah bin Alsheikh Almahfouth bin Bayyah Research Problem: There are many similar and overlapping terminologies in the unfixed crime law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which might lead to misunderstanding those terminologies and their use. This dissertation defines those terminologies and answers this main question: (What are the differences between the terminologies in the Saudi law that we have studied compared to current law?) The aim of this study; is to explain and clarify the meaning of those similar terminologies and show the differences between them. The research question is answered through a Comparative analytical and empirical descriptive approach. The research consists of an introduction and six chapters. The introductory chapter contains a definition of the dissertation’s title, the formation of the science of variation as well as its main important classifications. Followed by differences in the following laws in the same following order (differences in methods of extracting, differences in Money-laundering law, the differences in the drug law, the differences in the cyber crime law, differences in the human trafficking law, and at the end, the differences in the Anti-counterfeiting law) Research Results: First, it is possible to apply Fiqh techniques on law or legal lessons. This application would be considered so fruitful and would need to be activated more regularly. Second, the legal differences are considered so important and need more intensive studies and practice.
