Abstract : Contributed information technology effectively in the production and transfer, save and retrieve information, making projects, electronic archiving of documents and documents occupies paramount importance in all departments and institutions; as they play an active role in maintaining the documents from damage, in addition to the ease of storage, indexing and retrieval, and expand access to through the largest possible number of users in order to help raise work efficiency and productivity while saving time and effort and costs. From this point interested in the study at hand to work on the development of archives of Public Administration - with half the students - to the archives of electronic, targeted to the definition of archives-mail and its objectives and benefits and to identify the rules and the stages of performance in which the motives and reasons for the direction of public administration - female section - to experience a shift from reliance on Archive Archive to traditional mail, and registration difficulties faced by the management during the practical application during the transition to this type of archiving, and focuses on the definition capabilities and qualifications of the existing manpower to implement this program.
