Abstract : In the second quarter of the seventh century emerged from the state of Islam strong their faith, young and their men who believe this doctrine and had to be rubbed upon which they are present on the scene, and that it engaged in conflict, and the two States, the Persians and the Roman (Byzantine) represent the two superpowers of that era. The state of Islam and was able to destroy the State of the Persians and contained, and entered in a bitter struggle with the Byzantine Empire lasted for several centuries, did not end this conflict, but the fall of Constantinople, capital of the Byzantine Empire in the hands of the Muslim e 1453/857. During this long period of time trading power in the Islamic state several governments, it is the State of caliphate to the Umayyad dynasty and then the Abbasid and the subsequent capture ruled different parts of the Islamic State, as well as the Byzantine Empire trading rule in which several families are in the entire history of thirteen families, and Among these families, the family Alaissourip which began its rule of the years 717 / 98 e and continued to rule to the year 820 AD / 205 AH, was founded by the Byzantine Emperor Leo III Aliissouri. This research deals with part of the history of the Byzantine Empire during the reign of this family, and focuses on the quality of relations that prevailed between the Byzantine Empire and the Islamic State in various aspects of military, economic and cultural rights. I have had to be created a kind of multifaceted relations between the two countries first de-neighborliness and secondly by virtue of the conflict that has prevailed between the two countries. Although the military conflict is the one who was prominent, and is a key milestone for the relationship between the two countries, but that this conflict did not prevent the various aspects of the relations between the two countries and between the two civilizations is also located on the ground.
