So that we hear that many of the employees and workers had given up their jobs and become who works in the sale and purchase of shares Arabia, and some of them sold their properties from the pursuit of quick returns . It caused a sensation during Alchehrfberaer the past is the rapid decline in which he was the market during the month of February, which led to interfere with the Capital Market Authority developed many systems to correct the situation, what I want to do in this study is to measure the extent of the impact of these regulations set by the Authority Saudi stock market on the investment performance of Mnsupac King Abdul Aziz University.
