Abstract : This study aimed at measuring the elements of the social value of its components of comprehensive technical and humanitarian and substantive codes in the Egyptian and American depending on the model Helen Si Du (2006) three-dimensional, which integrates with the previous efforts of both Eric Timmerman (2002) and Stanley J. Baran (2000) and Brain Newberry (2001) in the analysis of the relationships between modern communication technology and Almkonadtha psychological and social issues related to producers and users of this technology. The researcher has chosen the sample intentional composed of six codes, three Egyptian and three American, and each code represents Specialist in the direction of writing my blog: 1 - Blog (Egyptian Awareness) and blog ((Michelle Malkin represent a political direction. -2 - Blog (Aozp Atjoz) and Greek Tragedy)) represent a social trend. 3 - a code (the programmer is free) and ((Scobleizer represent the technological trend, the researcher used the form, content analysis as a tool to collect data during the period of time amounted to a full month (February 2008) and used the Post as the unit of analysis. And the researcher presented the reality of the results of the study: 1 - analysis of the circumstantial features of general blogging various disciplines, and it identifies some of the features that characterize each of the political blogging and social auditing and auditing technology 0.2 - identified some of the differences between blogging and blogging Egyptian American 0.3 - analyzed the causes that lead to the difference between the political blogs and technological and social elements in the provision of comprehensive social value 0.4 - put some tracks research that can be used in subsequent studies of the subject codes that reflect the state of integration of multimedia mixed cast strong social and psychological need to be a state of integration of research data, which could explain the blogging phenomenon more integrated.
