Sixth Scientific research week launched
 
The Sixth Scientific Research Week organised by the Deanship of Scientific Research was launched by KAU President, Prof Osama S. Tayyeb, on Thursday, February 24th at King Faisal Convention Centre.
 
A number of events will be staged during the two-week week event with an eye to celebrating, encouraging and featuring  KAU's research, highlighting the Deanship's activities, as well as promoting interaction between the Deanship and KAU academics, according to Dr Yusuf A. Al-Turky, Dean of Scientific Research.
 
Prizes will be awarded to the best postgraduate researchers. Plagiarism avoidance tips and research writing and publication workshops are also scheduled, he also added.
