Services of Technical Support Department

 Participating in setting the technical specifications for colleges and University administrations needs.
  Participating in the technical studies conducted for future projects, for the Deanship and other sectors needs of devices, programs and networks.  Following up the maintenance of the mainframe, terminal ends, printers and communication devices with companies.
  Performing maintenance programs for personal computers and its networks
and peripherals.
  Setting up and installing terminal ends and printers in colleges and University administrations.
 Introducing technical consultations based on the request of colleges and administrations or individuals and proposing suitable solutions fro each case.  Receiving and distributing different devices.
  Maintenance of all the laboratories devices in the Deanship.
 Participating in conducting studies to connect different University sectors and the internal and external administrations at the information technology center.
 Receiving the failure notifications in the mainframe and personal computers and fixing them.
 Following up the maintenance of the computers in coordination with the University cities and projects administration.
  Coordinating with the female students department to solve the technical problems of the computers.
