Subscribes Services Unit
Customers Service accomplishments:
1. Receiving all the associates' requests to join any service provided by either the reception office or from any of the internet programs.
2. Receiving all the required documents and data completed by the subscribers and verifying such.
3. Establishing codes on the special system of the required service.
4. Providing technical support for the subscribes concerning changing passwords, resetting user names, mail transfers … etc
5. Providing support to the Education Affairs Department on delivering printings for the University different departments.
