After passing all of the determined subjects, the student can be transform to regular study system according to the following conditions:
· The student must get (3.5 out of 5) as a commutative average to transform from engineering track to the College of Engineering.
· The student must get (3 out of 5) as a commutative average to transform from science and engineering tracks to the College of Science.
· The student must get (3 out of 5) as a commutative average to transform from economy and management track to the College of Economy and Management.
· The student can transform from the science track to the College of Engineering or from the engineering or to the College of Economy and Management.
· The student can transform from the College of Geology or Marine Sciences or Meteorology if he/she achieved (2.5 out of 5) and above as a commutative average and for one time.
· The student can transform to community college or to affiliation program from any track of he/she obtains (2 and more) as commutative average.
The student doesn’t have any chance to transform or to pursue his/her study if he/she gets less than 2 as commutative average and he/she has to withdraw his/her file from the university
