Scientific Conferences & Seminars

The Faculty was part of a number of conferences and seminars within the Kingdom and outside the Kingdom. The Faculty itself has many staff members whoa are well aware of the process of conducting conferences and seminars which is a key step in continuing research activities. The faculty conducted various seminars at it's premises, the key one's are 1) Geological Evolution and Mining of Rocks in Arabian Sheild in 1409. 2) A Saudi Symposium of Earth Sciences and 3) A symposium on Gondwana Research. Apart from these, the faculty also arranges lectures inviting specialists in the field of earth sciences from international universities to address latest research developments in the field
