ISO 9001 : 2008 Specifications

ISO 9001:2008 is an international standard general quality management organization, and contains standards for the performance of coordinated activities to direct and control an organization with regard to quality. The criteria of this standard is based on eight basic concepts from which to make sure that the institution manages the quality of inputs, processes and outputs effectively. It should be noted that all institutions in the world certified to ISO 9001 are subjected to periodic monitoring by their inspectors in order to ensure the continuity of compliance with ISO standards and to ensure development processes and continuous improvement within the organization
