Investment Management

This  department  has  been  set up  according  to   the  Administrative  Decision  No. (2956 /d) on (19/4/2004  G), and it was issued by the Female Campus Dean.  The Department's functions were exercised by the Nutrition Department of the Student Affairs Deanship Agency for housing and nutrition (female students) concerning The Female Students’ Campus, Internal Housing, and Medical Center.

The Department's functions were defined only in the follow-up contractors in The Female Campus under the direct supervision of the dean; and the reports that are related to contractors are sent to Students' Affairs Deanship. As for the contractors’ follow-up related to the Medical Center and internal housing, it is performed under the supervision of the Deputy Dean of Student Affairs for housing and nutrition (female students).

Objectives

• Providing the best services for students through the process of supervision and follow-up contractors in Female Students’ Campus.
• Contributing in highlighting the positive university role through the supervision of the private sector exhibitions, and providing distinguished service to fulfill the university educational objectives.
• Contributing to provide the university sectors with in-kind needs through dealing with private sectors' leaders.

Functions

• Provide monthly reports on the various facilities and submit them to the Student Affairs Deanship.
• Coordinate with companies and institutions to provide services for the Female Campus.
• Advertise their products and the like if they fit the university systems and customs.
• Promote and support the various facilities in the female section.
• Provide free external support for female students' ceremonies in various activities.
• Raise private investment applications concerning the Female Students’ Campus to the Deanship of Student Affairs.
• Contribute to the provision of material support from external parties to cover some of the needs of female section.
• Prepare periodic reports on various contractors’ projects in Female Students’ Campus.
• Supervise and follow up contracts between the university and contractors for exhibitions in Girls’ Campus in coordination with the Legal Department, then obtain a final approval from Her Excellency University vice Dean.
