Faculty of Medicine, Prof. Mahmoud Shaheen Al-Ahwal

On behalf of the Interim President, Prof Abdulrahman Obaid Al-Youbi, the Vice President, Prof. Abdullah Mustafah Mohurji commenced the 1436 Fulfillment and Excellency Ceremony that was held in the Main Auditorium of the University Hospital last Tuesday, 02/07/1436H (21/04/2015G). The ceremony was attended by the Dean of Faculty of Medicine, Prof. Mahmoud Shaheen Al-Ahwal, together with numerous university hospital and faculty executives, doctors, male and female students.

The annual awarding ceremony is hosted by the Faculty for all of its employees. The ceremony will be honoring retired employees, employees with distinguished scientific achievements, outstanding employees from various departments like technicians, nursing staff and administrators. The ceremony started by reading verses from the Holy Quran afterwards a welcome speech to the attendees by the Dean of Faculty of Medicine in which he also thanked the organizing committee. Prof. Hassan Jamal also presented his speech in which he expressed his sincere thanks to his fellow colleagues from the Faculty and University Hospital. Honoring of the employees started soon after the speech.
