Geminid meteor shower will be seen in the skies of Saudi Arabia from December 7th through December 17th, with the date of the most intense activity being the morning of December 14th, according to Dr Mulhim Hindi, of the Department of Astronomy. The phenomenon, the final major meteor shower of the year and also the most consistent shower in terms of putting on fruitful display, is caused by the Earth passing through the dust particles of the comet 3200 Phaethon, he added.
