Dr Abdullatif Abdulgadir Nimat Allah, KAU Head Department of Experience Offices at the KAU Business and Knowledge Alliance, has received Dr Mohammed Abdulaziz Aldighaishim, Head Department of Experience Offices at King Abdullah Institute for Research and Consulting Studies, King Saud University.
During the visit, Dr Aldighaishim was acquainted with the KAU Business and Knowledge Alliance's experience in creating a congenial atmosphere where KAU students, graduates and academics are allowed to seek knowledge through scientific research development, excellence and innovation.
The visit was aimed at establishing cooperation between the two institutions in terms of sharing experiences and discussing the regulations, systems and procedures of experience offices and the procedures regulating the financial transactions between the Alliance and experience offices.
The meeting also reviewed the wording of contracts signed between the experience offices and teaching members of staff who had plans to establish experience offices under the umbrella of the Alliance, in addition to defining the limits of legal responsibility of the Alliance and experience offices before their clients.
The meeting also reviewed the mechanism used to assess the performances of experience offices and the extent to which they honoured the commitments they gave to their clients, in addition to the nature of the legal relationship between the university and experience offices.
