I am an outgoing, passionate and experienced associate professor. My research interest is focused on dyslexia. During my time as a teacher assistant in the UK, I had training on how to deliver the lessons using different approaches that meet the pupils’ needs. My knowledge of how children learn, and progress is excellent, and I used this information to raise standards and attainment within the school I have worked in. I also had the opportunity to work with children with Asperger syndrome, autism and dyslexia. I have a very good experience working as a leader and an administrator; I worked effectively and collaboratively with a number of staff and agencies, considering various factors in our decision-making and consistently providing guidance and leadership. I always used my initiative and took responsibility when making decisions in challenging situations, something that I have developed during my time as a Teacher Assistant.
