Research Interests
My main research interests are in the area of statistical genomics and computational statistics. I am interested in multivariate methods, pathway analysis and dimension reduction techniques applied to gene expression and whole genome sequence data. Also I’m interested in investigating more on statistical methods applied to high dimensional data as well as meta-analysis and network meta-analysis.
