MSC 307 - توزيع المقرر

Field Training normally includes field trips to one or two localities along the Red Sea coast over 6-8 days, during these trips students learn the following:

1-   Sampling

2-   Determination of locations using the GPS & GIS

3-   Data collection

4-   Sample preparations

5-   Laboratory analyses

6-   Data analyses

After the trips are finished, a detail report should be submitted by the students in the first week of the final exams.

 

 

Cooperative training programs are normally designed by the training organizations (governmental/commercial) under the supervision of the Faculty of Marine Sciences. In this program, the student attends between 6-8 weeks training sessions in the cooperative organizations that work in the area of marine sciences.
