Abstract : Due to the boom of technologies that is happening to the world, innovations are indeed essential to follow up the development. In this context, my study will be conducted in the domain of companies & Government intuitions services in particular "the payment bill" .Nowadays , the most up-to-dated way for paying the bill in the of companies & Government intuitions services through The online bank (the bank website) & ATM (Automatic Teller Machines) .They are very useful and convenient way. But, some disadvantage remains. This thesis studies the payment of bills through The online bank and ATM Locator in terms of advantages and disadvantages, security, the performance and cost . This thesis provides technology that Design and build a system to pay bills using pre-pay card with the latest use of existing technical and provide service to all segments of the citizens and residents for the payment of bill of companies & Government intuitions services .
