Abstract : The Bilharziasis is one of the most dangerous diseases in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it distribute in (Al-hejaz) mountain where the intermediate host Biomphalaria arabica is attending, it control by many methods one of them is chemical way which the ministry of health use, but it dangerous so W.H.O recommended to study plant molluscicidal a From previous study has been found that Calotropis procera latex has" toxic features to some organism, this toxicity differs by the difference of seasons and temperature changes. In this study we exposed B.arabica to different concentrations (1-5 ml) of latex of Calotropis procera under lab conditions, it demonstrated that there are deadly efficiency The relationship between the mortality of the treated snails and the concentration of the latex was determined. The concentration of the LCso which kiling 50% of the snails in different time of the year, however in this study the lowest concentration of the latex was in summer afternoon collection (O.l/lOOOml). if .,. The histological study demonstrated that there were histopathogenesis changes occurred in the treated snails tissue and cells of (gastropod, intestine and digestive gland). Swelling, histolysis, deterioration and degeneracy, from this results it appear that there are efficiency of latex of c.procera on the B.arabica so we could use it as molluscicrdal plant.
