Abstract : The subject of the verses of rulings has received a great and careful attention from the scholars for the sake of pondering the Quran's verses and deducing religious rulings from some of its verses، which is known as (the jurisprudential interpretation of the Quran). It had started since the Prophet's time، and his companions'، then was followed in their followers' time. Later on، Muslim Scholars took care of this subject and dedicated various literature that gave attention to the verses of rulings. The religious rulings drawn by the jurisprudents from the quranic verses had been sporadic in the Fiqh books، among which is Imam Nawawi's book (Al-Majmooe). This book contains many rulings' verses، from whic several juristic issues may ramify from only one verse. From such a process appears the different opinions of the scholars as regards the method of directing the verses in order to draw religious rulings from them، which are in accordance with the rules and controls they had been following for directing the evidence and deducing the religious ruling from it. The researcher takes care of deducing the verses of rulings stated in some Quran's chapters، from Surat (Al-Wâqiah) to Surat (Al- Kawthar)، as mentioned in Imam Nawawi's book (Al-Majmooe)، in order to make a comparative applicable study based on the opinions of the four schools. The research includes a preface، two chapters and a conclusion. The Preface introduces the verses of rulings and it has three topics. Chapter One: introduces Imam Nawawi، and his book (Al- Majmooe) in seven topics. Chapter Two: deals with the verses of rulings stated in the Quran's Surahs، from Surat (Al-Wâqiah) to Surat (Al- Kawthar). The researcher concludes that the science of the verses’ rulings is a great science that has received the scholars' attention in the past and at present. It has a momentous effect on developing the juristic and deductive talent of the researchers in this field، linking them to the sciences of Fiqh، and Exegesis (of the Quran)، together with training them on how to tackle new developments of the age and its calamities. This development is also achieved by following the jurists' methods، and their method of dealing with texts، deducing juristic judgements from them.
