Abstract : How to extract the jurisprudential provisions related to the general annex,here there is a range of works of general annexes not subject to the study of jurisprudence, which may expose them to the ambiguity and lack of knowledge of the rule of Sharia for some people. This study aims to find the answer to the two given questions: Are there legal provisions of practical mandate related to those issues under the consideration of general annex research? and is the research problem - which I have identified - a general, broad area that needs a package of research, and cannot be covered by one research? 11- The study aims to know the provisions of the Islamic Shari'a on subjects, issues related to the general annex, and contribute to the filtration of general annexes from all that contravene the provisions of the Shari'a, and offer the appropriate legal alternatives, if any. The importance of this study is highlighted in the importance of the studied place, large number of people targeted by this research. 12- The research included an introduction, a preface, a bibliography, a conclusion, and indexes. The introduction contains the problem of the research, its limits, its importance, its objectives, previous studies, the research methodology and detailed structure, The preface included the reality of the General Annex, and the related jurisprudence adaptation. The first section consists of jurisprudence concerning the place of General Annex in the sections of worship, and the second section is based on the jurisprudence provisions concerning the place of the General Annex to the chapters of financial transactions. The conclusion includes the most important results and the most important recommendations. 13- The most important results: 14- 1- Knowledge of the jurisprudence adaptation of the general annex, and its relationship with others. 15- 2- The clarity of many jurisprudential provisions related to the position of the general annex in the chapters of worship and financial transactions. 16- 3- All the work of general annex is liable to the balance of jurisprudence known to the jurisprudents. 17- 4- Nothing in Islamic jurisprudence prevents the diligence of the guardian in the work of general annex if subjected to the jurisprudence of legitimate criteria considered in regards of interests or cancellation
