This study, descriptive study aimed to detect patterns of deviations of young people in Jeddah, and knowledge of the factors that contributed to the exercise, those deviations which young people engage in the home, and watch and practiced within the educational institutions, and practiced within the modern shopping malls. And adopted the approach of the social survey sample, and applied to a single thousand six hundred young men, Saudis, living with their families in the research community on a permanent basis, and over the age of fourteen years and less than thirty years, and belonging to educational institutions in the community of study, has been selected from through the sample multiple stages. The study relied on questionnaire and observation as tools in two major field data collection, in addition to the interview as a complement to them. It has produced several results, most notably: 1) more than two-thirds of the sample had committed eight or more deviations from the distractions of practice within the home's Twenty-deviation ", and most of these deviations exercise moral deviation. 2) the spread of deviations within educational institutions, as all respondents had seen at least one pattern, and more than half saw twenty-four or more of the pattern of deviations of the number thirty-three deviation. 3) more than half of the sample practiced deviation within the institutions that belong to a low rate of exercise, which ranged from the distractions that they exerted on the pattern to eleven pattern. 4) the rate of young people in practice deviations are increasing, and more exercise are distractions: the practice of masturbation in the home, and bring the mobile phone to school or institute, and watch satellite channels, pornography, cheating on the exam, and surfing the dating sites and chat with the opposite sex over the Internet. 5) shows the results of the qualitative part of the study that the phenomenon of spinning in the modern shopping malls linked by a series of deviations, notably access to the shopping center a variety of ways such as, payment of Gratuity to members of the Security Council or for some women to enter the mall, and enter the company claims the young girl as members of his family which is not, and the practice of spinning in several ways, including Bluetooth and numbering and oral conversation, and abuse of girls to verbally and physically as they left. 6) statistical analysis results showed that disruption of some of the functional roles of each of the family and the school was the main factor prompting young people to practice different types of deviations. This disorder is for the family in the lack of interest in the family, and the negative attitude of the deviations of practice within the home, any disruption of preventive and therapeutic role together. As for the educational institution, was the manifestations of functional disorders in the low level of internal control and the absence or scarcity of social work, and the ineffectiveness of the education received by the young man continued to refine the behavior, in addition to the incompatibility of the young man with the educational environment in both its physical and moral development. |
