Abstract : The Role of the Saudi Family in Human Resources Development for their Sons to fac unemployment by Areej Ahmed Saeed Al –Agran Abstract This study aims to reveal the role of the Saudi family in the development of human resources to their Sons (male - female) to Face unemployment. The study depended upon descriptive analytical method , and was applied on Deliberate sample that covers (300 families of students at the university level (boys - girls) in Jeddah, Deliberated sample which covers (60) unemployed graduates (boys - girls). The researcher used for achieving the objectives of the study and extracting the conclusions the following tools: Questioners for identification of the general statements of the family, Referendum for Identification of the role of the family in the development of human resources to their children of both sexes to face unemployment, Referendum for identification of the causes and proposed solutions to unemployment from the perspective of the family& Referendum for identification of the family in the development of human resources for their sons to Face with unemployment from the perspective of the graduates (boys - girls).(All the referendums Prepared by the researcher) The most important results concluded by the researcher assured a notable roll of the family in developing human resources of their sons (male - female), students at the university level, to overcome unemployment, and also another notable roll in helping sons to choose the proper careers. The researcher recommended the family to develop positive trends of its sons to respect labor value as it is one of the of the most important values which the community depends upon in its expansion and development , also paying special interest in achieving balanced development in physical and mental and skillFull abilities of its sons , together with providing the suitable facilities to gain skills which correspond with their needs and wishes which enable them to get maximum levels which corresponds to their qualifications and contribute in improving their standard of life to the maximum level.
