Voluntary work programme launched at KAU

A voluntary work programme under the title of "My Country is My Responsibility) was launched by KAU President, Prof Osama S. Tayyeb,  on Thursday December 2nd.

Held in observance of the  International Volunteer Day (IVD), the event was organized by the Deanship of Students' Affairs in tandem with Jeddah Municipality, the Saudi Red Crescent and the Border Guard.

According to Prof Tayyeb, the programme's goal was to widen the scope of voluntary activities and make them more effective.

Dr Abdulmonim Alhayani, Dean of Students' Affairs, praised the organizing committee for the high level of organization and the students for taking part.
