Training Program for Public Security Affiliates at KAU Concludes

 

A ceremony to mark the end of a skills training program organized by Jeddah Community College (JCC) for affiliates of the General Directorate of Public Security was held on Saturday, May 5th, at King Faisal Convention Center.

The event was graced with the presence of Prof Abdurrahman Alyoubi, Vice President for Educational Affairs, and Major General Jaza G. Al-Amari, Commander of Makkah Police.

A total of 58 trainees attended the program, during which they were given extensive skills development training by highly qualified KAU academics.

According to Prof Ibrahim Kutbi, JCC Dean, sessions included training on effective performance and self development, the art of dealing with others, communication skills, the prevention of drug addiction, counseling, in addition to the Holy Qur'an and Tafsir (interpretation), Islamic theology (Aqidah) and contemporary Islamic schools of law (doctrines).

Maj. Gen. Al-Amari gave a speech, in which he commended JCC's efforts to train affiliates of the Public Security.
