The Objectives of The Section

One of the main objectives of the section :

-Applying the quality system to improve methods of providing services at the college.
-Collaborating with all the departments of the college to raise the level of performance and educational and professional excellence.
-Preparing and implementing innovative and developmental programs through the support and assistance in improving various educational programs in the light of a comprehensive strategic plan for the University to achieve excellence and quality.
-Controlling and monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of work performance.
-Documenting the Strategic Plan for Academic Development and Quality at the college.
-Developing short-and long-term plans, for administrative and academic policies.
-Setting a timetable for achieving the strategic plan of the college. Contributing to the supervision and follow-up on the implementation of the strategic plan at the college.
-Analyzing the results of the implementation of the Strategic Plan and the development of alternative strategies.
-Preparing an annual report on what has been achieved from the Strategic Plan of the College.
-Probing different views to measure job satisfaction of people who deal with the administrative divisions and its subordinate units to raise the level of performance and productivity.
