Prerequisites of Admission

The student can study a third academic semester of summer semester without fees – according to specific regulations determined by the Deanship of Admission and Registration – in case the student is not able to pass all of the necessary subjects in the previous two semesters.

 First: Prerequisites of Admission

The following points demonstrate the way of applying for admission in the various colleges of the university for the bachelor degree based on enrolling the preparatory years program.

  1. The student must hold the Saudi nationality or he/she was given birth by a Saudi mother.
  2. The student must hold general second secondary certificate or its equvialant from inside or outside the university.
  3. The Student must be medically fit.
  4. The Student must not be academically dismissed from the university or from other universities.
  5. The university doesn’t accept any certificate which has been obtained for more than three years.
  6. Student must be subjected to the general competency test for this year or the year before.

 

 

 

 

Second: mechanism of Admission:

The student applies for the university through using its web site on the specified date. Students’ application will be received according to the timetable provided on the internet.

Third: Required documents

·         The result of the general competency test (for male students only) printed form the internet – on the following web site: www.qiyas.org

·         Revision Card

·         The original copy of the general secondary certificate + two duplicated copies.

·         A copy the ID card for male students or a copy of the family card for female students. (The copy must be enlarged to write the civil register number clearly.)

·         Four colored photos 4 x 6  and for female students they must be veiled.

·         Approved and endorsed medical check form from any hospital or medical dispensary.

·         students who hold another nationality but their mother hold the Saudi nationality bring their (birth certificate+ mother’s birth certificate+ residency card)

A letter of acceptance issued by the employer for those who work for any side.
