| A meeting to put a joint learning to work initiative into action was held by the KAU Vice Presidency for Development in the presence of representatives of the
The meeting was attended by Prof Abdul-Fattah Mashat, Vice President for Development, and Mr Abdullah M. Al-Alian, representative of the Ministry of Labour in Makkah Al-Mukarramah region.
Also in attendance were a group of members of staff from the two sides.
Aspects of mutual cooperation between the two sides were discussed during the meeting.
An initiative made by KAU to establish a joint professional and vocational development centre to foster cooperation between the two sides was also among the issues discussed.
